Ingredients:

1 Banana (freeze it first for an extra creamy smoothie!)

1 cup Plant Based Milk

1 tbsp of CHAM

1/2 Mango

Handful of Kale

Tsp Spirulina

Method:

Simply blend all the ingredients together and enjoy!
