PEANUT BUTTER & CHAM SMOOTHIE

Peanut butter and CHAM- the ultimate combo! Here we take our two favourite flavours and combine them for the ultimate creamy smoothie- that tastes just like a milkshake!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Plant Based Milk (we love Rude Health peanut milk in this!)

  • 2 Tbsp CHAM

  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter

Method:

Simply wizz all the ingredients together in the blender and enjoy!
