OVERNIGHT COCONUT & CHAM OATS

Whilst we know breakfast is the most important meal of the day, we don't always have time in our half asleep state to throw something tasty together. That's why we love these coconut overnight oats! They only take a minute to put together and it means you can enjoy a healthy, satisfying and tasty breakfast without adding anymore drama to your mornings!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup of Oats

  • 1/2 Cup of Plant Based Milk

  • Tsp Chia Seeds

  • 1/8 Cup Desiccated Coconut

  • Pinch Vanilla Powder

  • Tbsp CHAM

  • Optional: Tbsp Maple Syrup

  • Toppings: Add your favourite fruit, coconut flakes or cacao nibs!

Method:

Simply combine all the ingredients (except the CHAM) and leave in the fridge in a sealed container overnight.

In the morning, top with CHAM and any other toppings you fancy- we love banana, coconut and cacao nibs!
