Pancake day is almost here, which of course means eating stacks of delicious fluffy pancakes smothered in CHAM!

This recipe is fool proof, so you can spend more time eating the pancakes, than worrying about the mixture ๐Ÿ˜‰

CHAM Pancakes


200g gluten free self raising flour

300ml plant based milk

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla powder

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 banana (mushed)

Coconut oil to fry


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or pouring jug (tip: using a jug makes it easier to pour straight into the pan!). Leave the mixture to one side for 5-10 minutes, whilst the chia seeds expand.

  2. Heat a little coconut oil in a fry pan. Pour a small amount of the pancake mixture and allow to cook, until small bubbles form around the outside edge of the pancake.

  3. Flip! Cook the other side.

  4. Serve up- we love ours smothered in CHAM, nut butter & coconut yogurt ๐Ÿ˜
